It's OK to be "complicated." It is absolutely OK to have complicated and complex emotions and thoughts. It doesn't make you bad or any less deserving of kindness and patience. No matter how "complicated " you are.

Its OK to miss the past. It's OK to grieve the past. But please please try not to stay stuck in the past. Keep moving forward.
Here's a shout out to all the people who lost their parents/guardians/caregivers too soon. Before they were ready. For those who still hurt every day. For the days where everything is a reminder that they're not here with you anymore.
You're not alone. I know it fucking feels like it so much, but you're not. I'm there in the void with you! I get it! I feel lost too but that doesn't mean we won't still find our way!
It's OK to unfollow people, even your friends! It doesn't hurt them and it's not you being mean or uncaring. If your friend is posting politics and you're not in the right headspace to see it, just unfollow them for a while and give your mind a break.
If another friend is doing really well and you're happy for them but you're having toxic thoughts about it as well, it might be best to unfollow them for a bit and take it as a sign to focus on what you have going on in your life. Life isn't a competition!
If you have a family member whom you love but perhaps they're from an older generation and have some bad takes on Facebook, unfollow them and they won't ever even know!
It's OK if you're actively in survival mode. It's OK if you're living second by second and maybe that means not living the healthiest lifestyle or having the healthiest coping mechanisms, whatever that means for you.
You will have better coping mechanisms one day, you will be safe one day, so stay here! Stay alive! cause one day, you will be safe and sound and surrounded by people who love and cherish you for you and they will help you be a better you! A healthier you! 💛🌸
Being able to one day play Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a pretty solid reason to stay alive. 💛🌸
