I remember you had a post about a type of HRT that wasn't T or E but I can't find it now, do you remember what it was?(Excuse my poor wording my brain won't make words go)

It was this post [link] about dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), an endogenous steroid hormone precursor that is both a weak androgen and a weak estrogen!

Does anyone here have experience w DHEA HRT? It is something I am considering, since the idea of it being both a weak androgen and a weak estrogen appeals to me, but I'd love to hear more testimonials on the effects from people who used it

yoooooo i think my hormones have been fucked for a really long time

i've only been on DHEA for eight days, and already my upper singing range is HIGHER

i usually can sing to a high E6 (E above soprano C) on a good day. last time i remember singing much above that (a G6) was 2012 (age 21)

eight days on DHEA, and i just sang up to an F#6

what have my hormones been doing for the past like 10-15 years 😭

starting low-dose T on monday afternoon (tomorrow!!!) or tuesday morning, aiming for a cis female level that makes me feel my best

The way Damon and Thea gave off more chemistry sitting on a couch than all of Damon and Simone’s scenes including that dance is hilarious to me. It’s crazy how chemistry works. I guess it really is subjective. That dance last week should’ve had me falling on the floor with how much tension they TRIED to show and yet I didn’t move. Meanwhile Damon and Thea talk about a different world and I start cheesing and kicking my feet.

I can't get on T right now due to my living situation. I'm almost 25 so would dhea be an ok solution until I can get on T?

it would be a waste of money for you and could cause hair loss, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart rhythm irregularities.  do not recommend.  Save your money until you can get HRT.
