Water for hunger
Okay, this may sound a bit weird, but this works. When you feel hungry, your first response is to find food. However, most people think other feelings are hunger. Boredom is the main one for me. The best thing to do is drink a glass of water. This will stave off false hunger. Now I'm not saying to ignore your body. For your sake, do not ignore real hunger. If your stomach growls, you're running on empty. But just use this tip to help with the excess snacking. Hope this helps.
