Alex how do you deal with clients who are demanding?
Alex: I give them what the ask for and send them on their way. I don't have time for their shenanigans. If they come back and complain, I point out that it's what they asked for. That's when they usually throw a fit, saying something about "that's not what I meant, I'm gonna speak to your boss, blah blah blah", and I tell them that they should learn to say what they mean or don't do business with me. My bluntness doesn't always make Hat-Man happy, but I don't like the "I want to speak to your manager" types
