I don't understand "the discourse chef" image. Like what does discourse mean? I looked it up but the definition on google wasn't that helpful. People usually put that image after an ignorant statement right ?

‘Discourse’ basically means a discussion of topics or conversation. But on tumblr, it was used by political blogs to talk about politics. However, a lot of times they were really bad views, ignorant enough where they were mocked. So then, it basically referred to bad tumblr arguments. The “Discourse Chef” pic is a spinoff of the ‘discourse’ meme and is a reaction image to when someone says something really ignorant.
