Dick and Babs: Will they or Won’t They 

Dick drove back from Buldhaven to pick Babs up at school before patrol. But since it was so early, they went up to the roof of Gotham Law School with some McDonalds and a jerry-rigged portable radio. Billy Joel cassettes, candy cigarettes, and a can of Coca-Cola.

That time the Batmobile ran out of gas...4AM at the filling station with Babs and Dick

Batman left for the weekend with Robin and left the kids in charge of Gotham. First night in, and they already broke the ‘be mysterious rule’ by filling up the Batmobile at a real gas station. Babs went in and got a couple Pepsi colas in her pajamas, because that’s what you do in these situations. It was late (early) and who wants to ride around in kevlar all night? They had to buy gas with the crumpled cash in Dick’s pockets; a big wad of folded one dollar bills, a candy bar wrapper, and a five. Babs made stripper jokes, as one does, and Batman will never leave them alone with the car again.
