i usually try not to buy any dolls while im waiting on dolls but logan dolls announced that he was retiring some sculpts, and raphael was one of them, so i ended up buying a head :v
i was planning on getting him eventually but i fear it may be a while before i actually do anything with him after he arrives since i would like to get bodies for kira and yuki first + his character/story is still a little more nebulous/underdeveloped than i like my shelled characters to be (that's not to say that he doesn't have like,,, a personality or direction, but i usually prefer to have pretty much everything figured out about a character before i spend $$$ to have a physical version of them.)
this may also be the first time i will need to commission a faceup- i got him in dark tan and i've had issues with sealant clouding on the light tan resin which is very pale comparatively 😵💫 he is also supposed to be like super radiantly beautiful and im not sure i have the skillset to do something like that yet lol most of my faceups are still very imperfect
