Helping the protags girls do their hair

Today was an important day for kaede, she had a very important recital she had to play in and so you being the good partner you are decided to help her with the things she had to do to prepare

You helped her pick out a fancy dress, complimenting her on how beautiful she looked, and heard her practice the song she had to play one last time, just like you had done during all the week, she played beautifully like always and you were so proud of her

About 30 minutes before the scheduled recital you decided to check on her going to her room

"Hey kaede are you ready? We're supposed to go now"

"O-oh yeah y/n don't worry I'm almost done"

You saw her trying to put on make up in front of her mirror

"OK then I'll go wai-"

"Wait sorry babe, could you help me with something?"

"Uh? Sure what?"

"Could you brush my hair? I forgot to and now I don't know if I have time to do it well"

"O-oh sure"

You picked up the hairbrush from the nearby table and started combing kaede's hair while she continues putting her makeup on, you were a bit nervous as this was the first time you would be doing something like that and you were scared of messing up her hair before such an important event, that was until you heard her voice encouraging you

"You're doing great"

"Hm?"

"I can see it in the mirror, you're doing an amazing job with my hair"

"......t-thank you"

"It's nothing love"

You smiled now much more confident in what you were doing and kept on brushing her hair until you noticed something weird happening

"Uh......hey kaede, is your ahoge supposed to be doing that?"

"Hm? What do you-"

As soon as kaede looked up in the mirror she blushed seeing that her ahoge had formed into a heart

"Ehhh......n-no...I....can't say it ever did that before"

You chuckled and continued brushing her hair

"Well maybe it's another sign that you love me a lot"

"Hehe, yeah that's probably it, you doing this is making me love you even more"

"Don't mention it, it's the least I could do"

After you finished with the brushing, you put the brush aside

"So what do you think?"

"My hair looks wonderful thank you so much"

"Does it? I think it looks the same as always"

"Maybe, but knowing you did it for me makes it look way better"

Kaede got up from the chair and looked into your eyes

"Thanks so much my love"

You two kissed for a while before your girlfriend grabbed your hand and led you outside

"Come on let's go now, I made sure to book a special seat for you, I hope you'll like my performance"

"I have no doubt I will"

"Hey y/n, can you help me out?"

You groggily rubbed your eyes and looked towards your girlfriend who was still stretching and yawning

"With what?"

"My hair, can you help me tie it?"

Now that she mentioned it your gaze drifted to her hair and you saw that they were completely down

"Why?"

"Cause I just woke up and don't feel like doing it myself"

"I'm tired, i just woke up too"

"Come on, can you just do it? I'll give you a kiss"

".....you seriously think a kiss is enough to bribe me?"

".......maybe?"

You sighed and got behind her

"Knew it would work"

"Just to be clear, I'm doing this because I love you not just because of the kiss"

"Don't worry I know"

"So where's the hair tie"

"Oh yeah I think it's......."

Sora started to dig in her skirt pocket before handing you her red hair tie

"Here you go"

"Thanks"

You grabbed the object she handed to you and started to tie her white hair in the long ponytail you usually saw her with

"You know I never realized how long your hair actually is"

"I guess it's cause I usually don't let it down often"

"It looks really pretty though"

"Thanks"

After you finished tying her hair sora stroked her ponytail before smiling and turning around to face you

"It looks great"

"Thank you, I just did it as I usually see you styling it"

"Now I think you deserve your reward~"

After saying that sora pressed herself against you before passionately pulling you into a kiss

".....if I get more rewards like this then I probably should start helping you do your hair more often"

Sora giggled and kisses your cheek

"And I'd be more than happy to give you those rewards anytime you do"

"Dammit! Where is it?"

"Hey teru why are you-"

You walked in teruko's dorm and you saw it was......messy at best, a lot of the stuff was dumped on the floor and all of the drawers were completely open with most of the stuff inside scattered carelessly

But perhaps the most surprising thing you saw there was teruko.....more specifically the fact that she had her hair down something you rarely saw

"Y-y/n!?"

"Why were you screaming?"

"You could hear me?"

"Yeah......you left the door open"

"........seriously?"

You walked closer to her as she stopped crouching and looked at you

"Yes....so I assume you were looking for something?"

"Yeah my hair tie, I can't find it anywhere"

"So that's why you let your hand down"

Teruko nodded and sighed before resuming her search on the floor. She looked over the same spots again before turning around and being surprised by finding you crawling on the floor too

"....y/n what are you doing?"

"Helping you look for your hair tie"

Teruko blinked in surprise before smiling slightly

"Thank you"

Eventually you did find her hair tie, in a place teruko swore to have checked at least three times but she just chalked it up to her luck

"Thanks a lot y/n"

"It's nothing"

"So.....can you give me the hair tie?"

"Why don't I help you tie your hair?"

"Hm?"

"You struggled finding the hair tie so why don't I help you in this?"

Teruko blushed but nodded at your suggestion

"O-ok"

You smiled and started to do just that with her brown hair, but before finishing you looked closer at the end of the ponytail you had just made and noticed the grayish white lower part of her hair

"Oh yeah I forgot this part of your hair was white, did you dye it?"

"........n-no it's natural"

"Really?"

".......yeah"

You noticed her voice was weirdly shakey when talking about that, or maybe it was simply because of the closeness so you decided to not pursue the matter anymore

"OK it is done"

Teruko moved to look at herself in the mirror and then at you

"Thanks again"

"Don't mention it, and also here"

"Hm?"

You handed her another hair tie very similar to the one she now had

"......why?"

"Just in case you lose another one, come to me and I'll get you more if you want"

She blushed again at how nice you were

"N-no I'll just be more careful"

"....ok, if you say so and if you need more help with your hair call me"

".......thank you so much"

"This doesn't work either!"

Akira grunted again before completely untying her hair to your surprise

"Huh.....Kira...what are you doing?"

"Trying to find a good hairstyle for my next Instagram post"

"....is it....that important? Can't you just use the one you normally have?"

"I felt like doing something different, and also, if I post every picture with the same haircut my followers are gonna get bored"

"I...really don't think they care this much"

"Hey I'm the influencer here and i know they will"

".....sure, so what did you think about doing?"

"That's the issue, I tried twintails, but they it looks so bad on me. You have no idea, and then....I'm too lazy to try anything more complicated than that"

Akira sighed before turning back to the mirror and holding her hair in different styles trying to see what worked

"Then...why don't you just keep it like that?"

"Hm?"

"Keep your hair down, it looks good"

".....you think so? Doesn't it look unkempt?"

"No it's great, it's pretty long but that's part of the charm"

".......huh"

The ultimate assassin/social media sensation let go of her hair letting it fall down, looked back in the mirror and smiled

"....you know what? You might have a point"

She grabbed her phone and tried out a few poses before snapping a picture of herself and especially her long purple hair, she then posted it on her account and smiled

"It doesn't look too bad, thanks"

"Don't mention it, you look beautiful with any hairstyle in my opinion and I just know your followers will agree"

"Eh, well then I assume you don't mind helping me do my hair back up again"

"Not at all"

You got up and tied her hair back into the familiar ponytail, but before you could tell her you were finished, she turned around side, hugged you, and took a selfie of the two of you

"Huh....why?"

"Cause then I can tell everyone you did my hair"

"You didn't have to include me in the photo"

"Come on you know I like showing you off"

"....that's true"

"Oh comments are already coming in, and they're all saying I look good with both hairstyles so I guess you were right"

"Of course, I know you better than anyone after all"

Akira smiled and kissed your cheek

"That you do y/n"

"Hey sara!"

You shouted immediately as soon as you saw sara exit the school, when she saw you walking up to her she beamed and immediately hugged you

"Y/n! You waited for me?"

"Of course, we have a date after all"

"Thanks, now I'm even more hyped to go"

You held each other's hands and started walking while making conversation, until you looked at Sara's head and noticed that her hair wasn't in the usual ponytail but just let completely down

"Did you untie your hair during kendo?"

Sara looked at you confused for a bit before she touched the back of her head feeling her hair

"Oh yeah I did, I like it better this way when I train....guess I forgot to tie it back up...do you mind waiting a second?"

She grabbed a hair tie from her bag and sat on a nearby bench. You followed her as she reached behind her head to tie her long hair, but you stopped her by gently grabbing her hands

"Let me help"

Sara blushed but nodded, letting you grab the hair tie while she guided her hands to her lap. You grabbed her hair with one hand and formed the ponytail while slipping the hair tie in

"This part of you hair is so pretty"

"Huh?"

"This horizontal line here, it kinda looks like those Roman crowns made out of leaves"

"Huh....I guess kinda"

"That makes sense since you're a warrior and all"

Sara giggled and looked up at you

"Still with that samurai thing?"

"That is your title isn't it?"

"I guess, well I was the best during training today so....."

"I knew it, that's my warrior girlfriend, with beautiful hair too"

You let go of her hair as soon as you were finished. Sara touched the ponytail and smiled at you

"Thanks y/n"

"It's the least I could do"

She got up and gave you another hug while kissing your cheek and grabbing your hand

"Now let's go eat something, it's on me since you helped me with the hair"

"Hehe, now doing your hair gets me a free meal"

"No being an amazing partner does, plus many more benefits"

You kissed her cheek back and held her hand tighter

"Than I'll be continue being the best partner I could possibly be for you"
