These no-bake blueberry almond breakfast bars are perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast on the go. Packed with oats, almond flour, and dried blueberries, they are sweetened naturally with maple syrup and provide a satisfying crunch with sliced almonds.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups rolled oats. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup dried blueberries. 1/4 cup sliced almonds.
Instructions: Rolling oats, almond flour, maple syrup, almond butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Add the sliced almonds and dried blueberries and mix them in until they are evenly spread. Press the dough into an 8x8-inch baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour, or until it gets firm. Cut into bars and serve after it's set. Put leftovers in the fridge in a container that won't let air in.
