No weights no problem. Do some dune sprinting. The sprints ended up in lunges. My legs were done after this. The idea is to get as fast as possible up hill and stroll down until you have your breath back for the next one. This felt as bad as squatting with maximal weight. The idea is to fatigue your legs so if your speed is dropping its okay for strength and muscle mass.
