Black Salt
Although there is an actual black salt used in Indian cuisine, magical black salt is concocted by blending salt with the scrapings from cast iron cookware. Black salt is mainly used in protection spells and to cast hexes.

04.09.2020 // Extended ECQ
Good day to everyone, i hope it’s a good day indead. It was announced today that my country’s president signed to extend the enhance community quarantine. I am deeply sad, yet I know it is highly needed.
As we all know, we’re busy being bored in the house, may we all interact? Drop a message to my inbox, I will reply. Drop an ask, I will answer. Comments? Please no problem. Anything at all.
Also those cute litol dried plants are from our retreat in Zambales, hihi.
I've always loved running ever since the birth of my memory. And no, not running like running away from things and fears. I meant running, like covering random streets with my rapid footsteps, coating my new-bought-shoes with dusts, feeling the air rush into my lungs just to get it exhaled again, and hearing the loud pounding of my heart without having to touch my wrist to feel my pulse. It's beating. Loud.
And that's the whole essence of running and catching my breath --- hearing my heartbeats, because that's the only time I feel most alive.

#thankslarry the man base this year was designed by @hybycozo #burningman is something personal to everyone that is lucky enough to make the pilgrimage to the alkline #dusts of black rock desert. This year marked my 11th straight year going. I have to say, it really took about 5 years for me to understand some of the subtle nuances of what it really meant to me. If I really try and explain it to myself, I have arrived at a definition that is centered somewhere in the area of personal #transformation. It has become the single most fertile grounds for personal growth. Mind you, personal growth can occur anywhere. Transcendental moments can occur in your bathroom, or driving or meditating, however for me, the ability to travel somewhere with harsh physical conditions, that has been created with boundaries specifically designed to keep our western trapping out, has created a space optimized for transformative growth. Thousands of people make the trip every year. Each and every one somewhere in their own personal cycle. Some have been going for 30 something years and for some this may have been their first. It matters not where you are in heritage, but rather what your intentions are for yourself attending. Intentions allow you to actuate potential. You see a better you, and through transformation you make physical, emotional and spiritual modifications to yourself to actuate that potential vision you had. The 10 principles are great guideposts and measures to be able to help you on your path of self actualization. You realize that your time spent at burning man helps you become the best version of your self. You see you actions through the lens of the principles, and you realize that we are all the same. We are all connected in this experience on the playa regardless of how many years you have been or what your role is. The only real role is to be a participant and not just a spectator. For example, Artists contribute in one way, but participants provide the human backdrop of energy for the artists. The city is a city of volunteers in every way. #fire #explosion #pyrotechnics #flame (continued on first comment) (at Burning Man) https://www.instagram.com/p/B2sgLGoHsDM/?igshid=15brh46maztz7
Graveyard Dust
Graveyard dust may be self-explanatory: dirt from the graveyard. It may also be various botanicals or a combination of the two.
Valerian, patchouli, and mullein all bear the nickname graveyard dust. Grind and powder the botanicals and use them where graveyard dust or dirt is indicated. Alternatively, collect direct from the cemetery. Further details are available [here].
