Okay guys. I tried. I really did. I wanted to see if maybe this costume would look better with a more…traditional approach to figure drawing and no. No it’s still pretty much the ugliest costume any Barry has ever worn. Help. Why did you do this to us, Frank??

Dale Gunn of Earth-31 is the captain by default of his ship, which was stolen from Amanda Waller. Casey is the quartermaster. It’s a small crew-him, Casey, his son Hank, J’onn (who hardly leaves his room), and a pair of stowaways he accidentally picked up who are searching for their long lost big brother-for a small ship. But they don’t need much else.
They have to be small and lightweight in order to outsail the Argus anyhow.
Hey Bette, for the other earth thing, how about Bette the love of my life?
Bette Sans Souci of Earth-31 is serving hard time onboard Amanda Waller’s ship Argus, named for the hundreds of eyes painted all over her as well as the rumors that no matter how discreet you are and how quietly you whisper, Waller will hear and see you.
She’s serving for blowing up the house of her ex-husband, Nathaniel Adam, luckily while he and his children weren’t inside of it. Bette doesn’t particularly care for the sea, though, and when Waller offers her a way onto an airship where she’ll never have to touch the decks of a seafaring vessel again, she takes it. Unfortunately, now she has to work with people like Digger Harkness (who she instantly dislikes), some kind of sea monster who calls himself the King of Sharks, and Evan McCulloch, who keeps stealing her bathroom mirror. Luckily, fellow ‘inmate’ Crystal Frost, makes it all worth it.
Now they just have to find out why Waller specifically recruited them, and just what secrets their puppet master is hiding. Easier said than done.
