Have you eaten your kale today? I know I usually ask you if you've done your yoga today, and I'm sure I will in a little bit, but for now I'm wondering if you had your vegetables. I bought a bag of kale last weekend for a party and never used it. We had 24 cups of kale in our house. Now, we have kale and potato soup, kale salad with apples, cucumber, avocado, and walnuts, and kale chips. Kale is the best. #kale #kalesoup #eatyourvegetables #healthyeating #iheartkale #andkaleheartsme #healthycooking #veggielover #veggielove #healthyisyummy #healthyiseasy #eatkale #evenyoujacob (at In My Kitchen)

Super-quick hack shakshuka. Sauté garlic with kale and grape tomatoes, then add some crushed tomatoes, cumin and a dash of harissa and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Crack a few eggs and cook until whites are set and season with s & p. Eat straight out of the pan with thick wedges of toasted, buttery baguette.
