She's not an ecoterrorist so no one can ever eat a fruit or vegetable again. She's an ecoterrorist because she knows the planet is dying and being destroyed by corporations. And those corporations are run by heartless, greedy men.
She hates single-use plastic, oil companies, coal ministries, deforestation, power plants, and so on.
She didn't pick up a life of crime to stop people from the eating food they need to simply survive.
