Here's the last of my Deadlift #dropsets at 30% of my 1RM. I've been experimenting with #sumodeadlift technique and I'm still not sure how I feel about it. Earlier in this session I pulled 220 and I felt a strain in the left side of my sacral area and I assumed I wasn't paying enough attention to my form, as this style is far more technical than a conventional #deadlift. So here's just 120lbs and from what I see my knees are out like they're supposed to be and the bar never collided with any part of my legs. Also, I'm pulling in a narrower Ed Coan style here, with my legs just outside shoulder width and where the knurling begins the bar begins. Let me know how it looks to you.
