1. You have to measure your post exercise heart rate (of course this is the heart rate after you did an exercise, I suggest that you better do the aerobic exercise). This measurement is quite simple: First, you have to palpate your heart or the simple one is radial artery (in your lateral lower arm) or Carotid artery (in your lateral neck) every beat of it, it's considered as your heart rate (in the heart) / Pulse rate (peripheral artery). Second, while you palpate the beats, you have to count the beats until 15 seconds (by looking into your watch) then multiply it by 4 (if your heart is regular; or if your heart rate is irregular you have to measure the beats during the whole 60 seconds). Finally you get your post exercise heart rate during 60 seconds 😃 2. You have to calculate your effective exercise's heart rate using this formula: Effective Exercise's Heart Rate: [220 - your age] Example: I was born in October 1997, so my age is 19 years old. Therefore my effective exercise's heart rate is (220-19 = 201 beats per minute). So we can conclude that if my post exercise heart rate reaches 201 or even more, then that'll be considered as my own 'effective exercise' it means that you're doing a very good job in your exercise until your heart's response is so rapid to fulfill your cell's base metabolic rate. Why saying my own effective exercise? Because our age is probably different therefore your effective exercise's heart rate is different from mine. 😃😃😃♥♥♥😃😃😃 That was quite simple, right? I think that's the simplest method to measure your Exercise's Effectiveness! Goodluck, enjoy your exercise, and don't forget to calculate using that formula to evaluate your exercise! Healthy body = healthy brain = effective work and study. P.s: I got this material from my lecturer, she's one of the best lecturer in my college. It's very amazing how Allah SWT regulates every single thing in our body. Subhanallah, Allahu Akbar! ♥♥
