The 2025 year´s Yule winner was @holy-marmalade, who wanted Egalmoth and Rog, and I could go wild with the costumes, with the colours being requested to be inspired by a cecropia moth for Rog, and Swallowtails and/or Queen Alexandra’s birdwings, and some Lunar Moth too if I felt like it, which I had to include, for Egalmoth!! I had so much fun with their clothes, espessely Egalmoth´s, and has included this clothes design for him into my own headcanon! It is Marmalade´s headcanon that he is moth inspired, and I love that^^

I may need to retract my statement of drawing all the lords of Gondolin loll That's a lot of eldritch designs to draw! ^^;; But I'll still keep it on my to-do list as a goal to aim for XD

In the meantime, here's Lord Egalmoth with Huor as the lord shows off his fancy towers and views to the young one! I had a really strong image in my head of Egalmoth, given that his heraldry involves the rainbow, so I knew he was going to have layers of colourful cloth. He also has the specific jewels of his heraldry shaped as orbs hanging from his layers XD I really like how it all turned out!

Also!! As an eldritch-related note, I've started posting my not-safe-for-eyeballs doodles on AO3! If you'd like to see some Tuor/Idril action, or even some Finrod/Beor stuff, feel free to check it out! And feel free to share if you'd like to see any particular pairings; I can't guarantee I'll do them all, but I'll definitely add them to my list XD

Lords of Gondolin

Here are my character starters for the Lords of Gondolin, which will really only become important once I get around to my *Fall of Gondolin* comics and *Gondolin Days* slice of life comics before that.

But regardless... here... look... I did them. Do you have a favorite?
