The lords of Gonfdolin.

Look at me trying to make as many variations of black hair and grey eyes as possible. Gonfdolin would be one of the places where I would consistently give most characters some kind of makeup. I just feel like they were all fairly vain and had enough security to start expressing themselves through makeup/fashion and jewelry more like their kin in Hithlum and Himring for example.

Here are my character starters for the Lords of Gondolin, which will really only become important once I get around to my *Fall of Gondolin* comics and *Gondolin Days* slice of life comics before that.

Uncle Maeglin's advise does't help

Earendil: Uncle Maeglin! Uncle Maeglin! Atto and Nana are so mean to me! They say I can't have cake after dinner because I I stole some of Salgant's sweets!

Maeglin: That's nothing to complain about.

Earendil: Yes it is! I'm being towtued!

Maeglin: Firstly, it's tortured not whatever you just said, and secondly, that's nothing. When I was a kid, my father would have a jar of gems and beans. All of them were black. Everytime I talked back to him or displeased him in other ways, he would take one thing out of the jar. He said, that when the jar would be empty he would go to Angband and get Morgoth to end the world.

Same design as the last time I drew him, this was the first piece I really envisioned in this series way back when I did the Salgant and Eärendil piece. It's rare I can get things to turn out I initially imagine them, but this one is pretty much there.
