Random Eggman/Robotnik headcanon

He’s a polyglot but was never taught Polish the way his parents taught Polish but he learned it as a kid bc his family always used Polish as a way to talk about things without him and he never told his family until he was older.

Eggman would definitely force people to pay tithes/taxes to him once he becomes emperor of the world. Anybody who can't pay or won't pay gets taken away and subjected to the robotomy treatment (which means they get placed inside a robot to be used as a battery) and is used as a slave for the rest of their days. Some work in his hellish factories, while others are used as patrollers or enforcers.

Eggman probably deliberately encourages sibling rivalry and turns his bots against one another to increase competition. He figures that they'll work harder to please him if they're busy competing with each other. More competition = Superior results.

The egg especially liked comparing Metal and Sage to his other creations to make them jealous. He likes seeing them fight amongst each other for his affection.

But as top member of say a group of “Egg-Scouts”...

Imagine her with a little sash, trying to earn her “destroyed Sonic badge”!

Eggman is evil enough to go “fight fire with fire, fight children with children!”, and appears to have been more personable in his classic days to lead a troupe.

Needless to say the group would be legally disbanded by the time of Sonic Adventure.

Eggman kind of hates Christmas with all its gross sentimentality and obnoxious songs, but when it comes to New Year his opinion is very different.

Not only does this signify the end of a dissapointing year of failures and the beggining of a new year of possible successes, but Eggman loves fireworks! That kind of incredible flashiness is just perfect for someone like the doctor, who practically lives by the rule of “Go Big or Go Home”

In fact, every New Year, Eggman puts up the most glorious firework spectacle in the world for everyone to admire. Despite how obviously unpopular the doctor is to everyone on the planet, this has become a big event everyone looks forward to.

I know of anyone in the Sonic universe Eggman is the least likely to have any religious beliefs but I also like to imagine he was baptized as a baby bc the moment his parents showed the slight bit of hesitancy on the matter his babcia started sobbing at the prospect.

In CD we see hologram footage of metal sonic stompiy and tormenting random animals. That probably means Metal probably regularly torments animals and roughs them up either because eggman told him to or just as a personal hobby.

Animals likely instinctively fear Metal. When they see him they either try to flee in vain or simply freeze in fear . Metal notices this fear and finds it amusing.
