Am I the only one still wondering about the complete tone change between Rainbow Rooms?

Because I thought the obvious explanation was security, especially after Terry successfully got in and almost succeeded in taking Jane.

But that didn’t explain the drastic differences in how they function. Both Kali and Jane still have hair, they’re in everyday clothes and shoes, and even the style of toys are different.

I have so many questions about the Rainbow Room that I’m sure will never be answered officially. The more I think about it all, the less sense it makes.
