The woman had finished filling her flask when the sudden sound of thunder and dark clouds began rolling out from behind the large mountains ahead of them.
“A storm? It was just as sunny as can be out..” she mumbled, capping her flask and wading out of the water to her companion with a gentle click of her tongue.

As they reached the mountain base, seeking refuge from the oncoming storm, it.. disappeared as quickly as it rolled in?

“Mijita, what did you hear?”
“A voice,” Delores admitted, continuing after the weird look Mirabel and a couple others gave her, “..One I’ve never heard before.”
“What??” Mirabel gawked before several others of the family erupted with questions.
