The only reason most EU governments have actually condemned that stunt has to be because it was so on the nose and so on display that it damaged their attempts to cover this all up. Not a single sanction. Nothing concrete except from Spain.

52 boats. 461 humanitarians from 45 countries. Targeted by the Israeli Occupation Navy. 170 volunteers were kidnapped and tortured two weeks
Despite everyone in the Global Sumud Flotilla now kidnapped or stopped, their mission isn't over. And so shouldn't be our contributions.
Saif has been released from israeli captivity and after 6 brutal days, his message is clear - we must continue to mobilize! Still, thousands of Palestinian prisoners are being held hostage in israeli dungeons, subjected to inhumane conditions. We are one small step closer to a free Palestine but our fight is far from over. We must continue to push against empire on all fronts! A heartfelt thank you Saif and Thiago’s legal team at Adalah and to all who mobilized and applied pressure at every level for the safe return of our comrades. Until liberation
Imminent threat of intercetpion against Freedom Flotilla Coalition boat only days after 22 Global Sumud Flotilla vessels were intercepted in Greek SAR waters. 4 @GazaFFlotilla (FFC) vessels reported a helicopter circling them at 19:27pm Palestine time. At 21:53pm Palestine time, they reported seeing 3 drones and one ship in the distance that had turned off its lights. Marine Traffic shows a US Lockheed Martin plane flew above the fleet shortly before. Some participants now report seeing boats and white lights behind the FFC fleet.
Tonight, the world is witnessing the export of the Israeli military’s doctrine of engineered abandonment. In a violent raid in international waters, Israeli naval forces have intercepted, boarded, and systematically disabled various boats of the Global Sumud Flotilla. After smashing engines and destroying navigation arrays, the military retreated—intentionally leaving hundreds of civilians stranded on powerless, broken vessels directly in the path of a massive approaching storm. Furthermore, communications with multiple vessels have been jammed, severing their ability to coordinate or signal for help. While flotilla participants face a calculated death trap at sea, the people of Gaza remain the primary targets of a relentless, years-long campaign of starvation and slaughter. The logic being deployed tonight is identical: the Israeli state creates the conditions for death, sabotages the means of survival, and then waits for "nature" or "circumstance" to finish the job.
All while saying, as I just heard "that forcing through a legal naval blockade is against international law" which is a new one in this context because that statement comes right out of Bizzarro universe.
