The goal of this exercise is to work the hip flexor as well as the transverse abdominus the external and internal obliques also gets worked on as well. Evening everyone, I know it's late but when you are determined to get your goals accomplished you'll make things happen regardless of time so just finished workout number # 3 so imma leave you with a few tips on being consistent and keeping consistency if you fall off Tip # 1: get back on the high horse. It's ok we know some days life may affect us and we gotta take breaks. Trust me I've been there but it's not about taking the break and it doing anything it's about once oh take that break what you do to get back up and get at it again. So always try to reattempt that first position and start over Tip # 2 : do what's necessary to stay consistent. If you know you bout to fall off, do something about it that will keep you going find some one like an accountability partner that will keep you on track or just do what's necessary before you go on your semi hiatus so when you bet back you are ready for action Tip # 3 : remember why you are doing this. Throughout everything you have to remember what the purpose of you working out is for and why you are working out🏋🏿🏋🏿🏋🏿 envision or goal each day and manifest it. Put it to effect and keep going.
