In The Rise of Skywalker, Ben Solo/ Kylo Ren will fight to save Rey's soul from Palpatine

My theory.... Kylo's redemption is bring back Rey to the light side

My tragic theory... A soul for a soul, one of them will die (this may be the reason why Keri Russell cried)

I have been thinking non-stop about the “flip/desert” scene and reading a lot of speculations and “leaks” so I’ve got one crazy idea.

The possibilities are:

1. They are fighting each other , but in that case why is Kylo not shooting? He’s not a shy guy when he wants to kill someone (remember the Crait scene with Luke)

2. They’re training but this will require further development and too much time for the film

3. OR... (and here comes my crazy idea) they’re fighting together force-link!!!! This would explain a lot of things:

- He not shooting and Rey is focus on what she has to do

- It will explain why in these 2 shoots look different. For example let’s say he is in Tattoine and she is in Jeddha

- It will fit this leak in reddit: “They start fighting in locations that neither of them are actually at” and we know now that the desert scene isn’t the first time they see each other.

- This will fit as well, with this post of @gwendy85

Ok... thoughts? How crazy this idea you think it is?

Has anyone considered

That Hux could be the one in the reassembled Kylo Ren mask? Weren't people thinking before that he was going to try and make the First Order turn against Ben and make Ben run and go into hiding for a while until he found/met up with Rey..and so Hux would try to be the new Supreme Leader? There's been lack of Hux mention lately and I wonder if he's actually been there all along in bits and hints and we didn't realise it. Like people assume it's Ben in the reassembled Kylo Ren mask, but maybe that's too obvious?
