Just for the fucking record so that nobody else has to wasre 3 hours running around in Giant Circles getting murdered by rude people like I did, to get to the Daily Quest givers in the Imperial City, you have to go to your alliance's base of operations and I'm assuming they're all like the aldmeri Dominion, there will be q room. There will be a room filled with ladders. All you have to do is climb up the ladders. I was in the temple District. Sister J-Reeza's Quest marker shows up on the map. So I spent two hours trying to figure out how the fuck to get up to the roof where she is so that I can talk to her so that I can get the quest. But even though she shows up on the map in the fucking Temple District, you cannot access her from the Temple District unless you die and release which apparently sends you to her location, but only sometimes. Which is how I found her yesterday. So yeah. Don't fucking waste hours running around getting murdered, just go to your base of operations find the room with all the ladders and climb up the fucking ladders. The ladders that give you absolutely no indication at all that they lead to a quest giver. Those ladders.

As a reminder, you get teo event tickets from doing a Daily Quest in the Imperial City, and you can get two more tickets by doing a daily Battlegrounds or cyrodiil Quest.
