#soulmates 🥺
Eleanor imagining all the PEOPLE in a story as being super hot is the most relatable bisexual mood.
Okay what’s really cool about Eleanor and Chidi being on earth is that they are finally completely on the same level. Like Chidi’s still the teacher, but he’s completely aware of his own failings and knows that he needs to be better just like Eleanor does. They’re both helping each other in a way that’s more explicit than it ever was in the Bad Place, even after they found out the truth (especially because this Eleanor is already a way better person than she was at the beginning of any of the reboots). It’s just really interesting to see, and I’m very much a fan of the new dynamic.
Whenever a new episode of The Good Place comes out
The Good Place writers assuring us of their cultural sensitivity:
HOW CUTE WAS JASON IN 3X01????
God, I'm a sucker for the "character who is assumed to be dumb actually has complex thoughts and emotions". It broke my heart when he said he didn't want to dance anymore 💔
So in a nutshell, I have a 3600-page thesis that I am nowhere near to finishing, I am absolutely paralysed by decision-making, and it is destroying my life!
Chidi Anogonye (William Jackson Harper), The Good Place, Season 3 Episode 1, "Everything Is Bonzer!"
(Feeling VERY seen by flipping TV comedy series lately.)
