Alright, these charries range from when I was like seven-years-old to now, so here goes (with the added goodness of GIFs because I have the time):
Beyblade: Kai Hiwatari (long-haired, troubled pretty boy in blue? Uh, yup).
Digimon Frontier: Koji Minamoto (long-haired, troubled pretty boy in blue times two? YUP).
Codename: Kids Next Door: Abigail “Numbuh 5″ Lincoln (I literally wanted to join the KND because of her, and be smart and cool and athletic like her ... to this day, I’ve not met the criteria).
Teen Titans: Raven (probably my first ever fictional girl-crush, I mean ... T3T).
Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!: Antauri (best and wisest mentor/dad on the planet).
Ben 10 (the original series, not the dodgy reboot): XLR8 (both Ghostfreak and Heatblast, AKA my OTP, come a close second, but XLR8 has always been my alien bae).
Transformers: Animated: Prowl (snarky ninja robo-boi voiced by Jeff Bennett will forever be missed).
Blackadder the Third: Edmund Blackadder, Esq. (Lord Blackadder from Season 2 is a close second, but I love me some deadpan Bladders from The Third more).
The Hobbit: Óin (although I adore all the Dwarves, especially given that I ship nearly all members of Thorin’s Company together, he stands above the rest for me).
Mortal Kombat: ... ... ... ... Gosh, I really can’t decide. I have too many faves, it’s ridiculous. It’s like having kids: you love them all (well, most of ‘em - Kano can bugger off) equally, but you love each of them for different reasons. Issa complicated thing. X’P
