I think the excelsior class is really ugly I’m sorry. The neck looks weird and I hate how the nacelles are attached.
However the saucer design itself is gorgeous and the refit secondary hull looks decent with the bulge around the deflector.
Overall each individual part looks nice but they’re attached in the worst way

this is not going to make any sense to anyone but me,
but i love just how 80's the Zeta Gundam is. its like the Excelsior from Star Trek
like the way theyre made just screams. "yeah bro, were modern 80's designs. you know you like it!" there's just something about the lines, shapes, and the overall 𝒶𝑒𝓈𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓉𝒾𝒸 vibe they effuse
