Their most recent and most popular upcoming project is titled "Identity V," and most, if not all, of the actors that work under them are a part of it. It contributes to its popularity even though its not yet in the works and shows thats its a large scale project

You know who isn't approached to join the project? Lucky Guy. Even though he's been in the company the longest and him and his (now retired) colleagues were the ones to help start the idea of the show. They participated in the pilot. But he kind of expected this

The fans want more of the new actors. And Lucky hasn't been placed in a major project in years. Maybe...he just wasn't cut out for this. He's not very charismatic, and he can't even fall on looks to defend himself.

The other actors don't even acknowledge him as one of them. They probably forgot he's one in the first place. He's pretty sure he got mistaken for an intern once or twice after commanding him to get some coffee (he still got that coffee)
