Back home after a short gym run. Minimized my sets because on my first set of curtsy lunges I felt a pain in my right quad. I decided to cut my workout very short. It didn’t really hurt when I did normal squats so I put an emphasis on my arms and only did 4 sets of squats and threw in rows instead of the other squats i planned on doing. 10/20/2016 Legs and Arms. 1 set of 10 Curtsy Squats with dumbbells 2 sets of 8 Squats with dumbbells 2 sets of deadlifts with dumbbells 3 sets of 10 rows with Ez- Bar 3 sets of 10 curls with EZ-Bar 2 sets of 15 squats with medicine ball throws 10 min cardio After all that my leg kinda locked up so I decided I was finished.
Gahhh I'm losing motivation alreadyyyyy this is ridiculous! 😫 I've been trying to push myself to go to the gym by myself all week but I haven't done it and chickened out instead 😡 But I'm now dressed and everything is ready, it's now down to just leaving out the front door and then there's no going back! Come on Hannah seriously! *fightface*
