Get well soon...- A Jongin Scenario
Kattttttttt can you please do a Jungkook scenario or a Kai scenario where their gf is sick (coughing, sneezing, curling up in bed etc.) and they curl up with her to make her feel better? I'm still at home with viral bronchitis and I feel like crap :/
You coughed loudly, your chest aching with every move, making you whine and complain. You hated being sick, it really, really bothered you. Especially when it was so damn painful.
You curled up in your bed, holding a pillow, as you wiped your nose with a tissue, and rolled it up into a ball, before tossing it away. You groaned, tugging on your hair slightly out of pure frustration.
What was more upsetting was that you were supposed to have a date with your boyfriend Jongin, on a day he finally didn’t have to work on, but now you were sick, and on bed rest, and you couldn’t see him, because he could catch whatever you had and get sick himself, and as much as he wanted to take risks for you, you wouldn’t allow it.
You scrolled down your feed on tumblr, laughing at the awkward jokes, and secretly downloading fanmade pictures and gifs of your boyfriend to save on your secret folder in your phone, folder which was protected with a password, so that Jongin would never find out how much of a true fangirl you were.
You squealed at a particularly sexy picture of Jongin, fully immersed in his on stage persona, feeling heat rise to your cheeks, and a warm fuzzy feeling all over. How could he be so gorgeous? And most importantly, how did you ever get so lucky as to be able to call him yours?
Suddenly you heard the door to your apartment open, and for a second you panicked. Who the hell could it be? You weren’t expecting company, but whoever it was had a key, so it wasn’t anyone you should be scared of. You lay back down onto the bed, your back hitting the fluffy pillows. Your eyes fluttered shut, you could feel your temperature rising again with the coughs that wouldn’t stop.
“Hey jagi…” Jongin whispered as he opened the door to your room, too scared to be loud in case it woke you up or bothered you. You opened your eyes and stared at him in surprise, with a smile on your lips, until you realized that he was in your house, when you were sick, and had completely ignored your advice, making you frown.
“Jongin, what are you doing here?” You asked him, crossing your arms over your chest.
“Well… I came here to see you… obviously…” He replied, looking at you like you just asked a stupid question.
“I know that! I’m asking why you are here, although I specifically asked you not to come. I am sick if you don’t remember?” you asked him, your voice a little harsh, but you wanted him to understand you were being serious when you asked him to stay away, this could potentially damage his health and/or career, and you didn’t want to be held responsible for it.
“I know you are sick. That’s why I brought you chicken.” He said, raising the bag of fried chicken in his hand with a proud smile. You had to laugh at that, which you kind of regretted, because it made you cough a little harder, but it was so worth it.
“Oh My God Jongin… You are supposed to bring me chicken SOUP, not fried chicken!” You told him with a laugh, but you motioned for him to get closer. He smiled at you sheepishly.
“I know, but I don’t like chicken soup, and I was hoping we could eat this together.” He replied with an awkward laugh, and a flash of those beautiful pearly whites of his. You loved his lips, you loved staring at them, he had such a beautiful mouth. He was beautiful.
“You are a tool, you know that? But thank you for the gesture, I really appreciate it.” You told him with a smile, as you opened the bag and checked its contents.
“It’s the thought that counts right? Now, give me your laptop, let’s find a movie to watch!” He said, grabbing your laptop from beside you, and looking through Netflix, trying to find a movie which interested him, while munching on some chicken.
“You know, you shouldn’t even be here, you’ll get sick…” You mumbled, while you popped a piece of chicken in your mouth.
“Bla bla bla, the love of my life is sick, and needs me, I can’t just stand by and let that happen.” He dismissed you with a movement of his hand, as he searched for movies. He didn’t realize what he had said, but you smiled and blushed, because it was the first time he had referred to you as that. You felt butterflies in your stomach.
“Ah… I feel dizzy.” You spoke, noticing things distorting in your sight. Jongin’s head immediately snapped back to you, his hand reaching for your forehead.
“You have a temperature. Let me go get you some water and some medicine. Stay here, don’t move.” He told you, standing up faster than it was humanly possible, and running to get you those things. You smiled, you were happy to have found someone who cared so much about you.
A few seconds later, he was back, with a full glass of water in one hand, and medicine in the other. He helped you take it, and then grabbed your body, setting you between his legs, as he sat against the headboard of your bed, with your back against his chest. He placed the laptop on your legs, and started playing Legally Blonde, just because some girl humor was sure to cheer you up.
You cuddled up into his chest, with the blankets thrown over you, and watched the movie with tired eyes. Jongin’s arms wrapped around you, bulling the blanket tightly around your body.
“Sleep well Jagi, get better soon. I love you.” He whispered into your ear, and you weren’t sure if you had actually heard it, or if you had imagined it, as you drifted in and out of consciousness, soon falling asleep happier than ever before, because you had Jongin beside you.
