When we separate ourselves and utilize hierarchy in out interactions, we interrupt the potential for connection. We all have gifts. Some may be flashy and huge, some may be subtle and small in stature. All are valuable and contribute to the everything that we are. We are all a chain. When a link weakens, the whole chain becomes jeopardized. We have to make sure that even the smallest links are secure. Otherwise the chain is compromised. There is value in all people. A bigger package doesn’t mean that the significance is greater. a smaller package doesn’t mean the significance is less. When we start to see things this way, the idea that we are separate fades.
