I hate the term double more than anything

Introjects aren't literally those characters no matter how source attached they are it's fucking weird to act like they're literally that character

Can we for real talk about factive hate? No one is claiming to be the individuals they’re based on, at least in our system. We view them very much along the same lines of fictives- Based on the personas celebrities have made for themselves. We have several factives in our system who are exhausted of hiding from being themselves on our blog.

Can there be ethical dilemmas surrounding factives? Absolutely. But the thing is you can’t just knee-jerk-reaction judge every case as the same because you met one system that has problematic factives.

Idsame

An alternative term for 'doubles', used in the alterhuman or introject sense.

Plural: Idsames

I quite frankly have never liked the term 'doubles', as it feels pretty dehumanizing. Not wanting those who are kin of/are an introject of the same thing that you are is an okay boundary to have, but I'm against the use of the term 'doubles'. So, I coined an alternate term!

Etymology:

'Id' as in identity, including kins, introjects, and IRLs.

'Same' as in the same thing.
