Persufferer (Alter role term)

A term for alters whose role is to suffer long-term so that the rest of the system doesn't have to, whatever that may mean to the user. Persufferers may be symptom holders who experience great pain due to their symptoms, trauma holders who suffer due to the traumatic memories they hold, or something else.

Coined with the intent of being used alongside other role terms, but that isn't required! The "per-" suffix is unrelated to persecutors and was derived from the word "permanent", but persecutors are more than welcome to use.

Coinfight is a fun event, and it is fun to watch. But I have a concern or two. I feel like the rule against flagless terms, and rushing to begin the event, makes it inaccessible for some. I would've joined CF if not for the rushing and the lack of a clear notice.

On the flagmaking part though: Some coiners speak about flags being the hardest part of their coining process, and some coiners may not even be able to make flags at all due to things like visual impairments, and this blocks them from participating.

As I have seen some of my peers say, part of this "your coins must have flags" sentiment makes it feel like flag making is essential to coining when it's not. It feels like the event heavily leans on flagmaking rather than coining.
