Not seen on my run, but right before it. Mama and her two fawns were out for a stroll and no doubt some shrub foraging in the evening drizzle. Part of life in #mantuava. #fartlekrun this evening and while it was still crazy humid, I was grateful for the cooler temps. 15 minutes warmup trot, then 8 x 1 minute at increasing intensity every two reps. The first two felt easy at 60% effort but the last two at 90% were a nice challenge. Overall I was happy with the results. Ideally I would have gotten gradually faster as the intensity increased, but the hills of this route make that progression tough. That said my last two, on relatively flat grade, were my fastest. Friday night and it’s #craftbeer time. I had to earn it though, biking 18 miles over usual insane #fairfaxcountyva roads first. Actually the first half of it was on paved bike trails and sleepy neighborhood streets. The second half was insane riding on busy rush hour roads. Going to have to get more of this @smartmouthbeer Notch 9 DIPA. Great day for a run today. The trails are so quiet and peaceful when they are covered with snow. We've already had 6 inches with more on the way. Going fast was really not an option today but that just meant more opportunities for scenic photos. So I received my official absentee ballot package from Fairfax County, Virginia and the ballot is MISSING.

This is a truck storage system called Decked that we purchased for a pick-up Truck. When it comes to work Trucks you really need flexibility. If you get a camper top, you can not carry certain things and your on your knees getting something in the back. It you get high or low side tool boxes, your going to be in a tight townhouse parking spot and can bearly open them. Saddle box, your jumping into the bed for a flash light. So you can see any way you go will be Right and Wrong. I have always liked the Weather Gaurd Pack Rat system however thinks to modern SEO Target enhancing software for some strange reason I started geting advertisement for Decked. I had never heard of it however thinks to the redirects and various pop ups I went to the web site. They have you in seconds, you are bombarded with real world experiences based around the products being RELIABLE, FLEXIBLE, PRACTICAL, and AFFORDABLE. Its not going to Rust, you can remove it easily if you need the bed for a job. So we ordered on it was delivered and packaged nice. The problem is the instructions are bad. When you read the instructions it feels like they were written in Korean translated into German then into English. When you have to verbally speak the instructions outload as if reciting a Japanese Haiku while interpreting the author's very intended meaning. It is just connecting nuts and bolts, the instructions are horrible. The illustrations are poor also. I feel they were done by an out of work Welder with vision problems and possibly having dimensional hallucination. When during the assembly of a product you question if it would be better to throw it in the trash and just keep the large drawers for commercial jobs. Thank goodness we did not. The end result is a very nice product, we have to find a way to wedge the box in still because it moves because again the instructions were un readable.
