oh shit, here we go again...anyone remember these old things? well! here’s a long overdue update. new clanmates, new lineart, new everything! here i’ve collected every current nettleclan cat that is not an npc and shoved them into one big post! i plan on doing the same for every group in threeclans eventually, but as the very first clan, nettleclan just had to be the first to get sorted through, of course.

I have had my characters interact with Owlheart and Falconwing, so I have more of an opinion on them than the others. My characters have more of a relationship with those two, so I do have more of a preference for them. I have spoken to Ivyheart once, and I did like them a bit, but I do not have as much of an opinion on her as the other two. I have not barely/not spoken to Tawnyleap and Starlingstep, so I cant really place them anywhere but at the bottom of the list.

Wren/Blue: 💓 - i like it

They’re cute, but I get a lot of young love vibes from them so I can’t see it go beyond a surface level love, yanno. 

Falcon/Berry: 💕 - i’m neutral to it

Ok, so like, I don’t know Falcon at all and I have no reason to get invested in them. It’s kind of the same as Wren/Blue with the whole young love vibe except they already seem like. they really depend on each other, esp Falcon, to just function normally, and because of that it comes off as kind of rushed and desperate to me? If you take a step back it can seem like Falcon is only staying with Berry because she has nowhere else to go and she’s hiding from her brother, and Berry seems much too conflicted about it for it to be healthy imo. 

Holly/Minnow: 💕 - i’m neutral to it

Sorry! I don’t know Minnow at all and I’ve rarely seen them together! I’m not super invested in either character. I like Hollyfur because of the history she has w my ocs but beyond that I can’t really say anything about them. ;w; 

Honey/Loon: 💗 - i love it

I’ve already ranted a lot about them in past ask memes so I’ll spare you what you already know but... I love them! They’re so cute together! They’re still not mates because Honey still hasn’t talked to her kids yet but.... one day. I really love their dynamic and the general joy and happiness that their interactions generate -- a rare feat in Threeclans -- so it’s not Super Deep or anything but it’s sweet and it’s fun! 

Half/Cinder: 💓 - i like it

I like the concept of it, to be more concrete! I love me a good ol One Night Stand plotline and I’m so glad it doesn’t always have to be drama or heartbreak, but I also think it should be something more there, you know? Half and Cinder aren’t complete strangers - they even bonded over Wasp, if you can call that bonding - so it kind of seems odd to me that it was just a one night thing? Though on another level it still seems like the true ending - at least from Cinders side of the story: losing his mate, finding someone who understands and getting some comfort from it? Sign me up! But that still leaves Halfs side of it a mystery: why? Was he just horny? Did he just wanna Do That? It seems almost forced, considering Half doesn’t have any real or good motive (that I can see) to do it. But still, I think they’d make a cute couple if they decided to just settle for each other! They’re good friends (from what I understand), and I can’t imagine either finding a new love after all this time, so settling for someone you like and who understands how you feel might be the best option for them.
