WEEK 23: GOSH DAMN WHERE DOES THE TIME GO

Returned home from a trip to my hometown. Last few weeks I have been totally off course and going back home didn't help matters.  Vacation you eat whatever and do whatever and you return home and have to deal with the consequences. Early in the summer I was active and on a decent diet, now in retrospect I was doing pretty well. Now I’m restarting my regimen and goals. This time I want to focus on 1 goal at a time. Now I know tackling several goals or areas is a recipe for disaster, at the end of the day something has to give. I have decided to take Oct and November to just focus on physical fitness and healthy eating. Get back on a regular gym routine and once I become acclimated and it becomes second nature to work out, I will move on to my next goal. Hope this works!!
