BeaUTIFUL weather today for RUnning! 👻 - I've been focusing on speed work and unilateral movements at the gym to help hit some quicker paces. 4 mile run to the gym at a 7:40min/mile pace..did upper pull and lower push movements, then ran home at a 7:45min/mile pace (legs were wobbly lol) Happy Thursday! 🌟
