I do feel kinda bad that, aside from my interest in the Jewishness of Superman (and also Batman now), I’m really… just SUPER into characters I ship lol. Which makes my interest very limited. Like I’m mildly interested in the others, yes, but nowhere near the extent I’m interested in Superman, Batman, and Nightwing.
But I am hoping, with more exposure, I’ll deepen my respect and appreciation for other characters and be more willing to read things out of my immediate fixation.
I know I shouldn’t feel bad but like yeah… again, aside from the Jewishness exploration (which is filled with love for my community), I’m really into the homoeroticism of these characters lmao. The complexities and nuances and characterisations that can come from the decades of writing behind these men just fuels my desire to see more queerness amongst these three specifically. I know I’m not alone or definitely not the first queer male to engage like this, obviously (reading the dissertations on the queer iconry of Batman and Robin - which has been a thing for forever)… but like
Still.
I kinda also just miss reading because the actual STORIES fascinate me, not just the characters lol.
Omfg the bear is back again. Let me go give him a talking to.
I love my pixelart community 😻👍
Into the Bunker: Truth/Dare Ask Game
now my ocs kinda just exist in my head and dont have a fan base besides like me and my friends and I wanna see what Tumblr if I can find a few people who are interested enought to read my post
lore or universe stuff
its called into the bunker its a WW3 scenario
thats about teens and their famlies (which consist of both or one parent and siblings) living with them in a bunker after a Russian terrorist hacks into the Russians federalization launch codes and then basicly fucking annihilates the United States after taking out their basic defense mechanisms,
my ocs live in a bunker then get captured by the terrorist and are rescued by their parents now only 3 of the teens james-the groups leader caleb-the smart one and audrey-the animatior and enternatinst she makes cartoons and stuff for them to watch
and then 6 months after being put through a lot of bad things such as sa and torment because the guards are payed to do that sense viskofs who is the terrorist is evil
they are rescued yay
thats basicly everything you need to know for trauma
and it only applies to the three I'll explain moore in the video
The Main Trio
James (Dec 2009) – chaos gremlin but can be responsible when he has to. Eats a lot, plays golf, knows way too much about bombs, super protective of the group. Youngest by months but still the leader.
Caleb (Apr 2009) – history/math nerd, smart but cocky. Quiet most of the time, doesn’t like being wrong, will fight you if pushed. Protective, especially of his siblings, but flinches from past abuse. Easy to fluster even though he tries to act cold.
Audrey (Jul 2008) – ADHD animator, grew up on the early internet, weird kid with a sharp mouth. Has abandonment issues, shortest in the group, loud when she wants to be, doesn’t let people silence her
The Friend Group
Zain (Mar 2009) – science nerd, ADHD, loves debating, emotional, argues with Audrey constantly (people even rumored they were dating).
Karter (Dec 2008) – quiet farm kid, looks out for his little sister. Gets along with Audrey. Home life sucks but he keeps it together.
Stanley (Jun 2009) – middle child, deadpan, tired vibes, barely talks unless he’s comfortable.
Mason (Feb 2009) – awkward but the “conscience” of the group. Antisocial but kind, total mama’s boy, usually the one telling James not to blow stuff up (and being ignored).
Sawyer (Sep 2009) – bookworm, quiet, hates public speaking, only talks to a few people he trusts.
Braxton (Aug 2008) – quiet jokester, chaotic but keeps it inside. Farm kid, overworked, second oldest in his family.
Austin (Jun 2009) – youngest, sarcastic and jokey but also serious when needed. Parents divorced, likes collecting bottles.
Harlen (May 2008) – bratty, rebellious, ADHD, always butting heads with Audrey. Neglected at home, dad’s abusive, stepdad sucks.
The Parents / Adults
Karlson & Austin (Audrey’s parents) – dysfunctional but not 100% neglectful. Constant nagging vs. conflict-avoidance.
Ashley & Daniel (Caleb’s parents) – strict, Daniel is abusive, Ashley has “popular girl” energy but also a protective streak.
Michael & Joanne (James’s parents) – Joanne’s nurturing, Michael is emotionally distant from James.
Braden & Rochelle (Braxton’s parents) – farm family, borderline hoarders.
Mary (therapist) & Ted (coach) – both connected to the kids and know everyone’s baggage.
siblings are still a work in progress
🔹 Audrey’s Siblings
Natasha – Therian kid, quirky in the best way.
Tressia – Quiet, reserved, hard to read.
Brason – Baby brother, young and soft.
🔹 James’s Siblings
Emily – The calm anchor to James’s chaos.
Jason – Wild handful, opposite of Emily.
🔹 Karter’s Sibling
Katherine – Small but scrappy, loves to fight.
🔹 Caleb’s Siblings
Wilson – Smart + funny, more outgoing than Caleb.
Tray – Friendly little kid, loves people.
Katherine – Quiet, keeps to herself.
🔹 Stanley’s Siblings
Nate – Cool, quiet, like Stanley but more approachable.
Dylin – Loud, asshole, picks fights.
Ashlyn – Loud but kind, “juggy vibes.”
Amelia – Little, sociable, second grader.
🔹 Zain’s Siblings
Bella – Popular, loudish but nice.
Riley – Eldest, very quiet.
Nolan – Outgoing, easy to get along with.
🔹 Mason’s Siblings
Don’t live with him (details TBD).
🔹 Braxton’s Siblings
William, Trention, Hunter, Emma, Andrew – All farm kids, share his quiet hardworking vibe.
🔹 Austin’s Sibling
Justin – Nintendo kid, funny, friendly, chill.
🔹 Harlen’s Sibling
Scarlet – Weird in a fun way, very social, easy to be around.

Hi mama! I’ve seen many stucky authors that I’ve come to enjoy either fade out of writing [stucky] or straight out delete their fics and stop completely. I’m curious what about the fandom currently do you miss? Is the old fandom for a certain time period like when the movies were still being made and released?
Honestly, I wasn't in fandom for a long time, just a few years starting around 2019. I think because of COVID hitting, it became much more important to me than if all of that shit hadn't gone down. I absolutely needed an escape with trying to teach and the lockdowns and during the onset of COVID and what not. I think that's why fandom became so important to me.
I think the main thing I miss is just the camaraderie, the friendships, the community. I think people are dipping because the MCU is so different now without some of the big names who left or are on their way out. But I'm sure there are a multitude of reasons why it's so different now. I know I'm detached from it and have been for a bit, but every time I come on here I don't see all the interaction and people I used to. It makes me sad.
It was toxic for a while, but when I eliminated that from my life, this was a true place of peace and expression for me. And I don't think I'll ever truly leave it behind.
