Why not have a magical fast travel forest that can warp your characters like wherever, including onto other planets and moons which also happen to have forests with the same type of tree.
And hey why not have one or several factions use these forests to get around to interfere and intervene in world events, with only those factions knowing how to truly navigate it to get where they want.
Writing this I now realise you could probably do the same thing with caves, and like maybe a very complex maze-like building, maybe even a particularly dense field of flowers.
Hell there's probably tons of things you could do this sorta idea with, so I'm sure you the read at home can think up a unique and cool one.
My Own Fantasy Castle Design:
From the "Outside Above" surrounded by Sea.
~ This is what the Castle looks like. ~
"On the Side" of the Castle I want some green and a little beach surrounding it.
"On the inside" The Main hall/Throne Room looks like this. With the window view behind the throne, too the Sea.
Too the right and left side of the Throne there are stairs going too the lower level of the Castle that leads too the Dining Hall/Gardens.
This is the Beautifull Dining Hall.
With a Glass roof and surrounded by Huge Glass Windows. At the End of the Dining Hall there is a Door that leads too the Castle Gardens.
The Gardens starts like this.
But theirs much more too explore.
On the Left round side of the first Castle picture is the Library.
With a Beautifull Tree in the middle.
Going back too the throne Room -> Above the Throne room there's a Second Floor Smaller but Beautifull and useful.
The Ballroom \/
The Ballroom is surrounded by Ballconeys so that you can enjoy the view of the garden and the sea.
As you can see in the firsy picture there is a Tower in that tower come the Master Bedroom.
With Beautifull view a Little pool and a Big round Bed.
OF COURSE the Castle Needs Beautifull Bridge that connects the Castle too Land.
