I would say 'what a surprise', but I am not surprised XD. Unfortunately I cannot say I told you so, as all of my predictions about this were in the notes of reblogs scheduled for Wednesday. But the sentiment is there!

day 8 - Treasure

The knight feels a pleasant chill that runs through his body because Martyn is Too Close. Eyes the color of Baikal ice, make him look away only because if there was some kind of law keeper on the server, Ren would sue Martyn because you want to drown in his eyes.

- And who owns your heart? - the words fly off the knight's lips so quickly that he doesn't even have time to realize what he said. Damn these emotions when they prevail over the brain and do not allow you to behave as a knight should.

- What do you think? - the dragonborn smiles languidly. Ren begins to think that Martyn enjoys his suffering: the way he blushes next to him, the way his thoughts fly away like snowflakes in a snowstorm, the way he wants to be next to him. At least a little. At least a couple of minutes a day.

- Absolutely some lucky guy, - the flamingo knight answers, and Littlewood tries not to roll his eyes. This knight is definitely mocking him. How can you look so stupid, cute, but at the same time smart and delightful man. And not understand such simple things.

- It's you, Ren. - Martyn says quite coldly, persistently looking into the knight's eyes, forcing him not to look away. Littlewood takes the other's hand before placing it on his chest, so that the knight can hear that Martyn is not lying at all. — You stole my heart.

The knight's flushed face was more beautiful than a million sunsets that the dragonborn had seen before. Surprise and admiration were mixed in Dog's eyes, seasoned with something else that Martyn could not yet make out.

— I..., the knight's throat was dry and he had to clear his throat before he could begin his speech. — I am indescribably grateful for the fact that I can protect such a treasure from all harm.

Martyn couldn't help but laugh quietly, causing the two of them to bury their foreheads together, not wanting to let each other go until the end of their personal eternity.
