Smashed the gym yesterday! Today I did a little 20 min workout so far, had my oats for breakfast like I do every day you know I don’t know how people get sick of the same breakfast 😂 I’ve had this every day since summer last year! 😳😅 anyway not sure what’s for dinner but for tea I’ll either have chana masala or something with fake chicken 😂 I put on a little last week 206 and this week I’m 205 🙄 kind of getting there so not bad but I’m feeling wonderful and happy!
Still look the same as I did when I first started doing this but I’m healthier and stronger now that I was then!
