So it’s been a while again turns out I’m hypothyroid 🙄 and my weight still hasn’t budged ... urgh and I’m about to start something I never thought I’d do! It’s not major but well let’s wait and see 😬🤞🏻
First 80 then 85 now 90! Aiming for three at 90kg! Next goal, 100kg 😁 so happy with myself! Usually get a wobbly head after a while but not today and beat my pb of 75kg 😂😂
Gym day today!
Training the bottom half today! No idea what’s planned yet but I’m hoping for deadlifts leg press and whatever else my pt can throw at me! 😁😁😁
Smashed the gym yesterday! Today I did a little 20 min workout so far, had my oats for breakfast like I do every day you know I don’t know how people get sick of the same breakfast 😂 I’ve had this every day since summer last year! 😳😅 anyway not sure what’s for dinner but for tea I’ll either have chana masala or something with fake chicken 😂 I put on a little last week 206 and this week I’m 205 🙄 kind of getting there so not bad but I’m feeling wonderful and happy!
Still look the same as I did when I first started doing this but I’m healthier and stronger now that I was then!
Finally made progress!
Lost 4lbs this week! This was my goal for the week and after being angry and frustrated that nothing was changing my body cooperated with me and let 4lbs go! WOOP 🙌
Did a little home workout again yesterday and eat well and today I only eat well, diddnt manage to get a workout in but I had a nice wonder around some shops with my sister and had a laugh! Gym day tomorrow and I’m still a little achy from this week but I’m going to work my big man balls off! 😂😂😂 oh and a cheeky bit of chocolate but don’t tell anyone! 🤭🤫
Okay so I eat chocolate and put on a pound But is it the end of the world? NO What am I going to do now? FUCKING SMASH IT! 😂 like I smashed it at the gym today and like I smashed me evening hiit at home and like I’m going to smash it the rest of the damn week! Who else is going to kill it this week?

I have a feeling I’m going to be the same and that I deffinatly could have done more and done better but it’s quite hard getting over that tired and can’t be bothered phase of these past three days! But it’s a new week and a new day and I will do better!
7 Day Challenge
Feeling so tired today! Diddnt get out of bed when I woke up, I just laid there doing nothing and now I feel lifeless! So I’ve decided since coming across this just now this is my other challenge this week! My other challenges are loose weight and be more active!
Smashed it at the gym again! My pt wanted to see how big my tris were and there’s not much between mine and his 😂 💪🏻 so happy with what I’ve done so far I just need to work on making all my hard work visible! Oh I was so hungry when I got in so I had my cashew Alfredo and oh my days it’s so yum! Insanity workout tonight too, no rest for this fatty!

I’m going to make myself post every day to hold me accountable and your support would be a great help! Yesterday I diddnt get my hiit in 😩 but it’s ok I suppose but today I will go hard on it! Breakfast was oats as usual and for my dinner I have a wrap from yesterday and Home made oven chips left over, no idea what’s for tea (northern girl!) photos will follow this week too! 😁☺️💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
So I’ve been drinking only water since August and mostly wfpb since September, working my way to fully vegan! And here’s my new plan! I’ve still been going to the gym with my pt and built a good foundation but no one can see it still 😂 so I’ve vowed to do this plan for 15 weeks to loose at least 25 lbs but pushing more towards the 40 lbs mark and when I get there I’ll have an easier body to work with, tone up and gain even more muscle and become leaner! LET THE GAMES BEGIN!
