Hate hate hate when a character who's fear response is to act violent or aggressive is characterized as violent all of the time. Hate when a character responds to stress/trauma once with violence and a fandom collectively decides that they no longer get to be a competent adult. Just tell me you don't give a shit about writing an accurate character and just want to write a threat. Just admit you don't know the difference between being upset and being dysregulated. Just tell me you don't give a shit.

Recently security breach went on sale for seriously cheap so I finally bought it (I've already watched like three playthoughs)

1. I'm bad at horror games. Just awful. I panic so easily and I'm just bad at games in general so I die a lot.

2. It made me realize that when faced with humanish monsters my response instead of fight/flight/freeze is flirt. Moon popped up and I actually started saying shit like "Mistah Moon~" "Why do you care about my bedtime, mistah Moon? So eager to get me to bed, mistah moon?" (Mistah like how harlequin says Mr. j. I don't know why my panicked brain gave me that accent when I've never once consumed that media willingly but whatever.) All the while my body was completely tensed and I was freaking out so badly trying to remember the path I planned out.

Anyways I'm gonna go read sun/moon/Reader fics instead of actually playing the game -w-
