A GODDESS DAY YOU SAY? I recently followed through with the self love I promised myself last year by allowing myself to surrender to a sacred space for REVOLUTIONARY WOMEN to be celebrated in their ALLness. I am a very passionate woman with a huge vision to change the lives of other women all over the world! Empowering mothers to put themselves first! Embodying a healthier lifestyle! Embracing you to be full expressed and feel safe, nurtured and the right to voice your wildest dreams making the life you desire your reality! It’s a huge multi million dollar vision! It certainly has found movement & it fills my heart with so much joy to see these women around me already creating MORE FREEDOM in their life. Now, I am very passionate about the saying ‘practise what you preach!’ I am also so over seeing so many women putting themselves last! You can not pour from an empty cup! & so it is... GODDESS DAY. A day for honouring ourselves as women. No agenda, no outcomes, no one to answer to or please. Just taking time to nurture, respect and replenish ourselves. Because women like us with big missions on our hearts sometimes forget the importance of this. A very special friend of mine launched the goddess day & we even have tshirts available too! REPRESENT! You have permission to live your wildest dreams! You have permission to give back to you! You have permission to do the things that make you smile! A goddess day is WHATEVER you’re called to do! Whatever it is. Is perfect! It’s a day that you fill your cup! It’s a day that you listen to what YOU need! This is how I know I’m unleashed and crushing business, wifing & parenting when I put myself first! When I love myself, give back to myself and just be present with me... It allows me to be present and perform better for absolutely everyone and everything in my life. Soooooooo it’s time - It’s a coffee by the beach, a facial, a massage, my favourite place for lunch, a good book & some time offline ALL BY MY SELF!
