Final Exam Crunch Day 6

One exam down! Three papers to go! Paper number one is for Indian philosophy and it’s due tonight (yikes).

So today I want to finish that paper, and also start gathering some materials for med school applications.

When I first started writing this essay on Phonological Perscriptivism "Why Can't the English teach their children how to speak?!" was very much my mantra.

By last night I'd gotten to the point of "Words, words, words! I'm so SICK of WORDS!"

I'm now a mix of "Ay not I, O not Ow, Pounding pounding in our brain. Ay not I, O not Ow, Don't say 'Rine,' say 'Rain'..." and "SAY ONE MORE WORD AND I'LL SCREAM!!!"

But it's my own brain I'm yelling at, and not someone else, which makes it a 100x worse...

Alright I am blitzing my way through this essay to get it finished. I am on page 6/10 and good god I need help staying sane to power through it. So, for the love of all that is good and pure, please talk to me before I go batshit. K? Thanks.

4.25.17 Another Day, Another Paper (72/100 days of productivity)

Four papers down, three more to go! Today my friends and I discovered a study lounge in one of the buildings on campus. We were originally told it was for commuter students, but I didn’t see the word commuter on the sign :) Right now I’m working on my Junior Seminar final, analyzing marginalia I made from the first three science fiction books I ever read. This is one of my easier papers. I can’t wait to be finished, because I’ve had papers due back to back since Friday. After this, my next paper isn’t due until Thursday, which means I won’t have to spend Wednesday cramming!
