(Prompt, Original Medieval: Pure Faith) Aerith is sweet to everyone that she meets, but it is clear that she is infatuated with that knight Cloud. Whenever he visits the church for whatever reason, she makes sure that it is always her that is attending him. Some say that she is flirting with him.
"Ah, Sir Cloud," High Priestess Aerith spoke, approaching the armored swordsman. "It's good to see you."
"The feeling's mutual, Miss Aerith," the blonde knight says with a light bow of his head. "I must say, you seem more chipper whenever I'm in your chapel."
"Of course," the brunette replies with a small chuckle, "I mean, I am thankful for the man who helped not only me but saved the lives of the elderly and children."
"Of course," Cloud says, rubbing the back of his neck, then sees the Priestess getting closer to him, then pulling him into a close and tight hug. "Though you're clearly more affectionate towards me."
"It's worship, Sir," She says, then leans towards his ear, her voice taking on a sultry tone. "Our Lord has said the body is a temple, and yours is a temple that is worthy of worship." Aerith then presses her lips against his neck, making the knight shudder.
"P-Priestess," Cloud spoke, then his eyes widened as he felt her hands caressing his lower back.
So I believe (wow, it's been a while since I done one of these.) That the person they were meeting was Rufus Shinra. Cloud just wanted to disappear forever. But what did Rufus do... of course, he would make bedroom eyes at Cloud. Like calm down you damn simp.
Rufus wants to make business with the balamb garden. There is a place rather hard to reach by foot, but with the flying balamb garden, it should be a piece of cake.
After that, he continues trying to flirt with Cloud. Cloud, though, was done with that man since he first met him and his dumb dog. So he slapped Rufus with such a force that he fell off the armchair.
That immediately alarmed Reno and Rude. Reno, for the first time all night, realises who the blonde in the dress is.
Cloud is completely done with the people he knows in that weird way just goes. He would rather leave Squall alone than spend a second longer with Reno, Rude, and Rufus Shinra.
And for all of Squall "whatever" energy. He is just so confused with what just happened the past 78 seconds. Not that someone could say it when they look at his face. Stone cold as always.
