BNHA X DP Far, Far Too Late.
Featuring Liminal Amity Park!
This scenario is set within the same universe as BNHA/MHA. In DPXDC, we have Amity Park be flat out Hostile towards the JL because they refused to answer their calls and such. Not to mention the Media Blackout resulted in them being completely isolated.
What if we added that here too?
What if say, the GIW get bolder outside of Amity Park? They are 100% aware of the Quirks in the World - they've had it for 200 years of course. But they obviously don't attack anyone, because none of them trigger the Ghost Alarms.
But after the Anti-Ecto-Acts were secretly passed, there was a branch that extended out into the world to try and find and deal with outside ecto-entities. Only these dumbasses flagged a Quirk-User who happens to use Ectoplasm.
Not the same kind of ectoplasm as DP, but enough to trigger their Ghost Alarms. They kidnap them in broad daylight, and pretty much start shouting about the Anti-Ecto-Acts. The Heroes of America DO NOT take this well.
There are protests outside, and raids - and then suddenly, the GIW and the AEA are completely demolished. This was how they found out about Amity Park. But because the Heroes don't believe in that Ghost Nonsense, they see information about Amity and think,
"These people have been under siege for so long?! And put under a media blackout because of some rogue government agents? And they've been trying to call for help, but didn't get any calls out? Okay, we're going now - and we're fixing this."
Meanwhile in Amity Park, things are peaceful. Danny has revealed himself, the Town collectively loves him. Even his parents! Vlad is redeemed, or at least working towards it. Ellie has been adopted, so has Dan!
And the entire town is part of the Ghost Zone now, an extended landmass, you could say. And this makes the Town completely Liminal.
There's something to note in this AU however, is that Liminality and Ectoplasm are NOT THE SAME as Quirks. So Aizawa's Erasure and Quirk-Cancelling stuff would not work.
They DID have quirks, but because of Ecto-Contamination, the Quirks have been completely vanished. After all, Quirks appear for Humans. They're not fully Human anymore.

So, imagine this.
The Heroes come by, at long last, and the Town is instantly weary and nearing hostility. They're not gonna help the Heroes, or show them anything. They didn't come when they called, so why should they welcome them? In fact, they could be working for the government!
The Heroes are confused, and a bit worried. Only to spot in the distance a "Rogue Quirk User" using his Quirk without a Liscence. This being Danny of course, doing one of us usual 'brawl' with one of his rogues.
For maximum confusion, let this be one of the more humanoid Ghosts. Like Ember, or Johnny. The Heroes instantly jump in to help, but unlike JL - They're gonna try and arrest BOTH because ... well, Vigilantism is illegal and the Villain is destroying the town!
Danny and Ember are PISSED - they interrupted playtime! And they're just dodging, and phasing through attacks because again - Ghosts are freaking OP. But when one of the Heroes start shouting about how Danny's under arrest for Vigilantism ...
Suddenly the entire Town becomes hostile.
The heroes are pushed back, attacked and flat out heckled by EVERY SINGLE PERSON in Amity Park. And even SHOT at by some insane looking weapons. They're pushed back, and leave.
Even worse, each time they try to come back, the Town is just COMPLETELY HOSTILE no matter what. And to the 'Skilled' Heroes' Horror, the Town - ESPECIALLY the children, are kicking their asses!
And even when they get one on Quirk-Cancelling-Cuffs, it doesn't work!
Why?
Because they're not Quirks anymore! THEY'RE LIMINAL!
Meanwhile the American Government, American Heroes and others are planning on getting their Top Heroes to try and apprehend the Vigilante and deal with whatever is happening in Amity Park.
But Amity Park ain't going down without a fight!
THIS IS THEIR HOME!
THEY HAVE THEIR OWN HERO! WE DON'T NEED YOU!
FUCK THE GOVERNMENT!

The Heroes are trying their HARDEST to try and appeal to the Town - especially the strong Citizens of Amity Park, and convince them that they need to apprehend the Villains and Vigilantes from 'hurting' the Town.
Things are already solved here, but the Heroes don't know that.
But imagine if a Villain does find out abuot Amity Park, and try to go there thinking the Heroes were being far too soft. But when they do, to their absolute horror, they instantly get beaten - and the Heroes realize just how TERRIFYING this Town can be.
And suddenly more Villains are showing up, and causing damage because the Heroes keep trying to 'save' them and causing more and more damage.
Until Phantom finally shows up.
And he's pissed. Despite looking like a teenager, and the Villains and Heroes thinking he's inexperienced, start speaking LOUDLY with an echo and fury of an entire snowstorm crashing down onto them.
"You invade my Haunt."
Phantom takes a step closer.
"You hurt my people."
Phantom starts flying.
"You didn't show up when we called."
Phantom's form starts changing.
"You think you can just 'fix' things here?"
And suddenly, they weren't facing a Vigilante with a powerful Quirk. They were facing the Ancient of Space, the King of the Ghosts, the Student of Time, the Protector, the Guardian Spirit, Slayer of Pariah Dark.
"Amity Park is MINE."
Phantom stares down at the mortals below them as they cowered.

By the time the actual Big-Heroes show up, there are already Multiple Heroes injured. Not just injured no, some are flat out in a coma or frothing at the mouth. Even the Villains are crying, all of them needing a Therapist.
They couldn't handle what they saw.
All-Might is here, and even the bigger Heroes like Stars-And-Stripes, Endeavor, Hawks, etc. They finally come into Amity Park, and again, the Town is hostile. But this time they don't attack.
They're strong, yes, but against these guys? Nah, besides ... Phantom's got it.
Danny is waiting by flying above the Amity Park-Park and just waits there. They spot him, and All-Might instantly goes on a tangent about stopping the Villain, and Endeavor wants this over with.
Danny doesn't so much as acknowledge them, maybe a snarky comment or two. And Endeavor is INSTANTLY on the attack.
Only to be stopped.

Dan had already ended this World once already, beaten All-For-One and One-For-All, all at once. No amount of Quirks AFO had could touch him, nor could All-Might's pure strength beat him either.
Dan snarls, and instantly attacks - mauling Endeavor who cannot seem to beat him! Some of the other Heroes try to help him, but nothing works. And thanks to Dan's Fire Core, he's able to take hits.
The others all try to attack Danny, only to be sideswept by someone else!
DANIELLE!
She's fast, really fast. Even with her Water Core, she's slippery. Sliding into fluids, morphing her body to beat her opponents leaving All-Might and Danny.
And Danny just calmly floats to him, and stares him dead in the eye. And says ...
"You didn't come for us when we called for help. And now? Now we don't need you anymore."
