Something about Rarry that I think is just so beautiful is the fact that Ron thinks he needs to be better than his sibling and friends, needs to be better than what he is to be worthy of love, but the very moment Harry Potter, The Chosen One, saw the lopsided smile of the scruffy redhead with dirt on his nose and worn clothes, he loved him like he had loved nothing else. And he never, throughout his whole life, loved anyone in the way he loved Ron.

Ron believed himself unlovable — Harry had never known love until he met Ron, and loving him was as easy as breathing.

Okok underrated ship ive been thinking about nonstop recently is Firebolt which if you heard it you'd never know what the fuck ship its supposed to be but its a cute name and its George x Harry 🙈

I think a lot of people mostly think of them as a post-war ship but like I can picture them hanging out and joking alone together in the summer before GoF and then theres a moment of silence and then they kiss, and it's just like panic for both of them like, "omg I just kissed Ron's brother" and "omg I just kissed Ron's best friend" and they're kinda figuring out how they actually feel about each other but then they get together and idk I think it's cute.

Ive already read through the entire tag after minimal filters lolol.

I do think that they're the kind of couple that just doesn't last. Like I cant see them getting married. I think they'd get together at some point in the summer before GoF but Harry breaks up with George mid ootp because he's mentally unwell and a relationship is just not doable for him atm 💔💔 I think said breakup was kinda messy too like Ron is like trying to tell Harry that yk maybe he should try to be a bit nicer bc George is really upset and Harry's like, "ok, that sounds like a him problem lol" so they (Harry and George that is) don't really talk but then Harry gets better and they're friends again 🫶🫶🫶

I think for as far as their actual relationship goes, they're definitely low-key most of the time, like they hold hands under the table and maybe they kiss in like passageways or little nooks in the castle but I feel like most people wouldn't even notice they're together. It's not a secret by any means, and it's frequently talked about within their friend group and one time in the common room or smth someone's a bit loud and Seamus or someone hears and everyone's like, "Harry and George are dating??" And while more people are aware, it's not really crazy drama bc its like,,, fork spotted in kitchen it's not actually that crazy literally anyone could've guessed that.

Ive read some stuff where Molly is obsessed with it bc she wants harry in the family soo bad lol in one I read, harry and George go to the yule ball together and she's like omgomg you'll need nice new robes and we'll take all these pictures and you're gonna be so cute together and I love that. I've surprisingly read very few in which Ginny was upset because she also had a crush on Harry but in that regard as well I do think she'd be kinda salty but she'd ofc eventually accept it. In my head I don't think Goerge would've actually had a crush on harry prior to the inciting kiss but once it happens he's panicking to Fred or Bill or Charlie and like, "Well idk ive never actually thought about him like that but I mean,,, well, he *is* attractive and sweet and stuff yk like ifff this happened to lead somewhere I wouldn't be particularly upset, like, I suppose I wouldn't mind going on a date out to hogsmeade or something with him, yeah" which is why he never wouldve told Ginny about also having a crush on him bc, well, he didn't really. After the kiss initially they wouldve agreed to not talk about it but then the awkwardness was too much and they DID talk about it and they realized that like yeah they couldn't just ignore their feelings. Even long after Ginny has gotten over Harry and even after they've broken up tho, ginny still makes jokes about being salty about their relationship lmaooo

I suppose I could also see them post breakup/post war like. Rekindling their relationship after Fred's death. Ive read some cute stuff where George is struggling to cope so Harry comes over and together they reopen the shop and Harry pulls George out of his depression which is nice.

I do actually have a personal scenario with post breakup (I say as if I'm talking about a fic or an au or god forbid canon,,). I like the idea of endgame drarry who get together towards the end of ootp or earlier hbp and George finds out and he's like, Malfoy is a bitch bro he's just gonna hurt you but Harry's like, ok well I know him better than you and ya he doesn't have a good track record but like he's different now and I'm not breaking up with him just bc ur jealous. So George's like 😧😧😧 bc he thought they were over this so then he corners Malfoy at some point and threatens him if he hurts harry and interrogates him only to realize that damn Malfoy is actually in love with Harry and IS different now 💔💔💔

But in summary, even though they don't last super long, they still love each other a lot because they've known each other for so long and they'll kind of always be family to each other yk 🫶🫶🫶
