In my senior year of highschool I got badly hurt and recieved brain damage that shot my nervous system. My right leg became almost fully parylized and I struggled with it for 8 months walking with a cane. By some miracle, I can walk again with a minimal limp, but I lost a ton of strength in my right leg. Would you know any exercises that are good for legs? Specifically when one leg is much weaker than the other? Thank you you wounderful person!
Sure you could isolate your leg to do workouts at lower weights simply by using just that leg with: leg press, calf machines, leg curls, leg extensions, etc
